2. Windscreen mounted in rubber lining

‌■ During change, the rubber lining should remain on the chassis.
■ ‌During replacement only the list keeping the windscreen fixed is necessary to remove and mount again.

3. Windscreen mounted with butyl tape

‌■ During mounting, the windscreen requires a certain amount of pressure along with heating of the tape.

4. Windscreen mounted with polyurethane
‌Eg. Opel Astra, nr. 1769

■‌ The windscreen is mounted with polyurethane.
‌■ During mounting, the windscreen requires a certain amount of pressure.
‌■‌ The finish strip should be mounted on the windscreen before the windscreen is mounted. This list can be a list that runs along the windscreen, or only side or only the side or top.
‌■‌ Certain models have side lists that needs to be mounted after the windscreen has been mounted

5. Windscreen mounted with polyurethane

7. Factory made windscreen - RIM and Incapsulated

■‌ The windscreen is premade from the factory, with polyurethane and finishing strip.
‌■ During mounting, the windscreen requires a certain amount of pressure.
‌■‌ The finish strips on factory made windscreens cannot be removed. a certain removal technique mu be used during removal.
‌■‌ PUR activator should always be applied when mounting these windscreens.

8. Windscreen without lists
‌Eg. Citroen C1, nr. 2692

■‌ The windscreen is mounted without lists
‌■ Care must be taken, that the windscreen is not placed too close to the chassis.
■ When the window grove is being activated, it is important not to place the activator too close to the roof and down the sides.
